Serves: 2 to 4 persons
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of washed cilantro leaves
- 1/2 cup of shredded coconut
- 2 to 3 green chillies chopped
- Pinch of sugar
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp of lemon juice
- Water
Preparaton:
- Put cilantro leaves, shredded coconut, chillies , sugar and salt in a blender/mixer.
- Add 1 tbsp of water to the mixture.
- Grind the mixture finely.
- Remove it in a serving bowl.
- Put 1/2 tsp of lemon juice and mix thoroughly.
- Chutney is ready to serve.
